Free offer for community groups
Facilitation is as much an art as it is a skill. Each facilitation session is a learning experience for a facilitator as well as for participants. To become a better facilitator requires experience as well as reading, reflection and training. Relationship development between facilitator and group is also important, and time together assists each to learn to work together most effectively.
So for two reasons, firstly to make facilitation services available to community groups and secondly to try new methods, apply learnings and gain experience, we make the following offer:
In 2011 Circle Wise and Kate Lawrence will provide a free facilitation service for community or unfunded groups within or close to the Macedon Ranges (we can always make an exception to distance so please ask anyway if you are further away).
Our capacity is not unlimited so this offer is dependent on demand. If you are interested please contact Kate on 0402 080 445 or email: kate@circlewise.com.au.
We will arrange to meet you and any other members of your group to discuss you and your group’s needs and whether we can effectively work together, depending on what is appropriate.
